Villa Del Mar

Villa Del Mar is a luxurious four Storey Villa in the sought after area of Bantry Bay. It is situated in a fantastic position with amazing panoramic views. Accommodation consists of three bedrooms which are all en suite with two guest loos. The establishment has an entertainment den with a large projector screen and Pool Table. A nice size swimming pool with a huge daybed in a cave attached to the wall provides for real relaxation. The Villa has four loungers. There is also a small garden with beautiful views. Each bedroom leads onto a balcony. Vernicular that takes you up to the house. High security. The decor is luxurious African and eastern influences.

Main Bedroom

On the top floor with a larger than a king size bed. Large cupboard space with passageway. On the top floor with amazing panoramic views of the ocean with it's own balcony. With a flat screen TV. Has a gorgeous Indian Day Bed. Bathroom en suite. Separate shower and huge bath, views of the ocean from the bathroom. It has a balcony that leads out from the main bedroom with two wooden couches.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is on the third floor. It has a large queen size bed with lots of cupboard space. Ablution facilities consists of an suite bathroom with shower and a separate bath, leading out onto a shared balcony with the third bedroom, having woven furniture. It has lovely views of the sea.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is slightly smaller than the second bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower which leads out onto balcony that is shared with the second bedroom.

Kitchen

A large fully equipped kitchen with three bar stools and a counter. With oven and a gas stove, two fridge freezers.

Living Area

As you walk into the house there is a small entrance. Has a dining room section (all open plan) with a ten seater dining room table. Leading onto a lounge area with a flat screen TV. Eastern antique furniture.

Study

Has a flat screen TV with a very comfortable L Shaped couch, desk and computer internet and printer. Amazing sea views. Study and Lounge area lead onto a balcony.

Entertainment Den

Large den with a cinema room and a pool table. Leads out onto a balcony

Outside area

Leads off the living area. Has an oval shaped pool with a sunken cave like daybed. With 4 sun loungers and a 6 seater outside dining area. There is also a lovely garden area that leads up from the pool Fully serviced 6 days a week. Housekeeper and a Butler and a cook if necessary. Three garages provides secure parking.
