This spectacularly modern three level design house perched on the foothills of Lions Head will delight everyone with its excellent panorama of the mountains, sea and the city, capturing the splendours of Cape Town. Away from the tourist circuit yet in close proximity, this sunny and serene villa is protected by high walls which safeguard the privacy of its occupants or those who prefer to relax in a more peaceful place. The impressive interior forms an endless structure of wide open space decorated with traditional Morrocan ornamental motifs inherited from the past, harmonising perfectly with its subtly painted walls and modern art canvases.

The distance between the mountain and the sea is very short allowing one to visit Cape Towns Table Mountain which dominates the city as well as beautiful beaches washed by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is close to Sea Point, a busy and lively seafront village filled with characteristic shops and always animated by locals strolling up and down its streets and occupying its cafes until evening time. The V & A Waterfront, a cosmopolitan, communicative venue rich in history, culture, shopping and elegant dining is only a short shuttle drive away attracting many visitors, with a number of original characters and performers. And for those who wish to plunge into Cape Towns nightlife the city centre and vibrant Camps Bay are just around the corner.

Each of the five luxurious and carpeted bedrooms are more beautiful than you could imagine with a classical appearance, the white linen double beds have stunning brown/beige suede headboards and each bedroom has elegantly modern fitted wardrobes, sofa chairs and a cool tranquil en-suite glazed tiled bathroom with a unique free standing deep bath tub and a lovely size shower. The bathrooms are fully equipped and spacious with glorious sunset views. Each bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the immense ocean and the beauty of the bedrooms is enhanced by the play of light and shade produced by the sunlight and its reflection on the coastal waters ahead.

A large foyer at the entrance with slender white columns, a fabulous glass atrium and high windows all around allows one to admire the brightness of the afternoon sun. A guest loo is to the left of the foyer and there is direct access to two double garages on either side. The second level has a fully equipped, well lit open planned kitchen to the right with marble tops, dark wood and silver finished cupboards, a good size working block in its centre with a fitted hob, a counter top with stools and wonderful large windows. A separate laundry room is upstairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is an elegant dining room on a polished dark wood floor with a large table and beautiful black leather chairs.

The third/lowest level has a curved wall between a living and a sitting room with a built in jet-master fireplace on the living room side, a glass top coffee table and comfortable black leather chairs. These two rooms have sliding doors that open on to the swimming pool area with views as far as Llandudno beach to the left and Robben Island and Table Bay to the right. On the way up a safe wooden staircase one has a beautiful sunset view over the ocean and at the top an open plan spacious study with wooden floors, Wireless Internet access and a chaise lounge. An additional feature of this villa is a carpeted cinema room downstairs with two comfortable leather sofas.

This is where in the morning and evening, the breath of the sea and mountain air refreshes all the villa walls and its interior. Sliding doors all along the back of the villa open on to a splendid large tiled patio with a six seater outdoor table and chairs and for those who enjoy sunbathing, beautiful loungers with shade cover and a solar heated infinity pool of welcoming turquoise blue water at their disposal plus a traditional downstairs pool for fun. There is a gas barbeque and a long fitted counter top for sharing tapas perhaps, when the sky turns a reddish hue.
