This large and integrated, open plan and tiled space is truly modern in style and flows out through glass sliding doors on to an outdoor terrace, making sure that you spend most of your time outside watching the sunsets. Neutral shades reflect light on to the furniture and bold colours make their way into the heart of this home, going as far as a welcoming guest bathroom in the foyer clad with mosaic wall tiles making this apartment an interesting, alive and comfortable composition.

On entering the apartment by elevator, there is a kitchen to the left, living and dining areas directly ahead and two bedrooms to the right of the living room. The beautiful fully equipped, large and light modern kitchen has as much creative attention as the living areas and the bedrooms with the use of neutral wood complemented by silver, a large marble countertop providing a place to work on, server for dinner parties, storage space for kitchen paraphernalia and tableware and a social spot for enjoying breakfast. A separate laundry area has a little balcony with rocky mountain views and windows in the kitchen allow visitors to take in the wonderful panorama. The dining table has eight comfortable and colourful suede chairs and the ambient living area has an extra length suede sofa and square seat, a desk, a fireplace, a plasma screen television, a music system and glass sliding doors that open up on to the outdoors bringing in light and maximising the views.

To the right of the living room are the apartments two beautifully carpeted, romantic bedrooms each with their own fitted television. Bedroom one has a king size bed, a chez lounge, a walk in closet with plenty wardrobes, doors that slide open on to the swimming pool deck and a large en suite bathroom with a double bowled vanity area and two romantic and convenient mirrors, a modern bathtub, a large shower and windows that face the boats bobbing on the sea. Bedroom two has a double bed, lots of wardrobes and a dedicated bathroom with a shower and plenty cupboard space. The paved tiled outdoor area with the fresh sea air especially pleasing at this height has a swimming pool, a table with two stool chairs and a barbeque ready to cook the catch of the day perhaps.
