Nestled under Lion's Head in the pristine wind free Platinum Mile area of Bantry Bay, this unique double storey home will provide our client, with a luxurious experience, a setting of unobstructed views of Robben Island and the Atlantic Ocean only dreamed of. Every environment faces north and therefore offers 180degree views, spanning from Table Bay to the east and Clifton to the west .

Night time opens up a fairyland of lights that twinkle as far as the eye can see; the only sound that can be heard is of the sea below.

Organic granite rocks form natural walls inside and the eclectic Afro centric style offers comfort, ease and openness making this home truly special.

The top level opens on a wide terrace with outside table and awning while the lower level opens on a 100 sq/mt terrace where a granite boulder forms the back wall to a lovely salt water pool and further tables and barbecue facilities.

Three well appointed bedrooms all with balconies facing the sea, plus the family room further offering a double sleeping couch, accomodate 8 people comfortably. Double garage and facility rooms are also available.

Five minutes drive to the world famous V&A waterfront shopping centre and Clifton/Camps Bay beaches.
