Sliding tours transport you effortlessly to an entertainment area with a terrace and stylish infinity rim flow pool.

The lounge, entertainment area and pool all offer unhindered views across a wide sweep of the Atlantic coastline and far out to sea. The Villa, which is literally just out of the box, is custom designed for modern entertainment needs. Plasma screen, satellite TV, DVD, piped music and speakers in all rooms and entertainment areas. The house is fully automated allowing you to control all air condition, ventilation and heating with ease.

There is a fitted bar, an eight seater dining table and a custom designed island serving centre with a built in prep bowl. The kitchen would satisfy even the most finicky of chiefs with double oven, touch sensitive hob, built in extractor fan, convection microwave and double door fridge freezer with water and ice maker as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. The scullery has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher with a domestic on duty from Monday to Friday. There is also a separate office area with a desk, bookcase and Wi-Fi access.
